This English text is a translation for convenience, and only the German privacy policy is legally binding.

2. Applicable laws
This privacy policy follows the requirements of the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, nDSG, in force since 1 September 2023) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.
3. Full overview: what is processed?
This website is a static brochure with no e-commerce, user account, shopping cart or checkout functions. It sets no cookies and contains no tracking technologies, analytics tools or advertising pixels.
Only two forms of personal data are therefore processed:
- Server log data (recorded automatically)
- Contact details from voluntary enquiries
4. Server log data
What is recorded: When this website is accessed, the following data is registered in the server logs:
- IP address of the accessing device
- date and time of the request
- requested page (URL path)
- HTTP status (e.g. 200, 404)
- referrer URL (if present)
- user agent (browser and operating system)
- amount of data transferred
Purpose: Operation and security of the website, error handling, abuse detection, no analysis or profiling.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (FADP Art. 31; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), security of the IT infrastructure.
Retention period: 12 months maximum, after which the logs are deleted.

This website has no embedded contact form. Enquiries are made exclusively through the following direct channels:

You voluntarily share your contact details (name, email, phone, and further information where applicable). These are used exclusively to handle and answer your enquiry.
Legal basis: Your consent (FADP Art. 31; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and contract (FADP Art. 31; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), if your enquiry concerns a purchase or a service.
Retention period: Data is deleted as soon as the enquiry has been handled, typically within 30 days. You can ask for deletion at any time.
For WhatsApp
WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Dublin, Ireland). When you write via WhatsApp, your data is also transmitted to Meta. The privacy policy of WhatsApp/Meta applies in addition; 1560 Davos Sale & Service AG does not control the data processing by Meta.
6. Typefaces (fonts)
All typefaces on this website are self-hosted (via next/font). There is no retrieval of typefaces by external services such as Google Fonts or similar offerings. Your requests are therefore not forwarded to third-party providers.
7. External links and content
This website contains links to Instagram and to further external websites. Clicking these links takes you to websites that are not operated by 1560 Davos Sale & Service AG. Please note the privacy policy of the website concerned.
There are no automatic embeds (such as feeds, comment systems or geolocated maps) from third-party providers.

Right to rectification (FADP Art. 23; GDPR Art. 16): Should your data be incorrect, you can demand its rectification.
Right to erasure (FADP Art. 24; GDPR Art. 17): You can request the erasure of your data, provided that no statutory retention obligation applies.
Right to object (FADP Art. 25; GDPR Art. 21): You can object to the processing of your data for purposes of direct marketing or of a legitimate interest.
Data portability (GDPR Art. 20): Where applicable, you can request your data back in a common format.
How to exercise these rights
Write to info@1560.ch or call +41 81 552 15 60. State the request you want (access, rectification, erasure) and briefly prove your identity. We answer within 30 days.
11. International data transfer
This website is hosted in Switzerland, with hosttech GmbH in Richterswil. If data is transmitted to third parties outside Switzerland, this is documented in section 8 and at this point.
If a transfer takes place to a country without an adequate level of data protection (e.g. the USA), appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or your consent are obtained.
12. Data security
1560 Davos Sale & Service AG takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, for example through encryption, access control and regular security monitoring.
There is, however, no hundred percent security. Should you notice a data protection breach, please report it to info@1560.ch.
13. Changes to this privacy policy
1560 Davos Sale & Service AG reserves the right to adapt this privacy policy at any time if the laws change, new services are added or technical requirements change. The change is published on this page.
